Background

Service Maturity in ITIL operations across Atos must be improved. To address this a new Atos Tooling framework need to be established based on ServiceNow solution.

Objective

To globally deploy ServiceNow to support ITIL process across all manages services accounts.

Scope

Establish and implement a comprehensive blueprint for the IT Service Management (ITSM) process. Develop, construct, and tailor the ServiceNow platform to align with Atos' customized ITIL processes. Facilitate the transition of clients to the ServiceNow production environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive a group of related ServiceNow projects from a concept to reality being responsible for budget, scope, people, schedule and delivery. Document business-specific requirements and align them with the standard functionality and offerings of ServiceNow.

Spearheaded a portfolio of interconnected ServiceNow projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including concept development, budget management, scope definition, resource allocation, and schedule adherence. Managed cross-departmental teams of over 40 individuals to design and implement a solution supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, culminating in the successful rollout of the solution to 290+ live customers in the ServiceNow production environment.
